TRT HR Working Group Meeting
On 14th Feb. TRT held the HR
Workshop Meeting on TRT café at Nanyang Plaza. There were around 50 HR from
German enterprises participated in this meeting. The HR staff of the enterprises are facing
various problems when making the salary budgets for the new year. In this HR
Workshop Meeting, we invited Ms. Shu Yan, Senior Manager of Suzhou O-HR
Management Consulting Co., she shared with everyone the salary and benefits
research data of Taicang. By comparing the salary research data of Taicang and
Suzhou City as a whole, she answered a series of questions from HRs about
industry salary, salary ratio, turnover rate, benefits policy, and starting
salary of graduates in detail.
Enterprises want to attract talent, in addition to understanding the market salary, but also need to create an excellent and distinctive employer brand, this sharing session, Ms. Li Xiaoli, Senior Manager of Schaeffler Recruitment and Employer Brand in Greater China, shared Employer Brand Operation Strategy in New Media Era, and also shared Schaeffler’s team experience with the attendees on site.
