TRT HR Workshop
On 19th June, TRT held the HR Workshop at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (Taicang Campus).
The meeting aimed to address the important question of how to achieve the ideal life for both HR professionals and employees. In today’s business world, where companies are striving to reduce their workforce and increase efficiency, the challenge lies in finding ways to downsize while still enhancing the overall employees' experience and development. To shed light on this, we invited Ms. Wu Xiwen, a Coacher of Fresenius AG, to share insights on The Desired Forest Life -A Brief Discussion on Employee Experience and Development Innovation Practice in the Era of Reducing Staffing and Increasing Efficiency.
Additionally, Ms. Sun Jiajia, a Member of Off-Campus Mentor of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, introduced the Off-Campus Mentor Program of Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. She shared her personal experience and benefits of being an external mentor.
Following the meeting, the participants had the opportunity to visit XJTLU Taicang Campus.
