TRT HR Workshop
On 20th August, TRT held an HR workshop at member company Motan Taicang Co.
The theme of the workshop was centered on cost reduction and efficiency improvement in non-production areas of enterprises, and we invited Ms. Nadya Liu, the founder of Selection Consulting, to share her thoughts on the topic.
This information workshop shared approaches for non-production area cost reduction and efficiency improvement, relevant project case sharing, and tools & methods recommendations. Participants from different companies shared their experiences and discussed the pain points for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the HR department. The speaker responded with practical advice. This workshop provided a professional roadmap and methodology for Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement in Non-production Areas， and inspiring ideas were actively shared.
