TRT Operation Workshop
On 24th July, TRT held an excellent half-day workshop on Gamification in Business Training at member company Strama-MPS Machinery Taicang Ltd.
For this workshop we invited Mr. Lin Xiao, an Expert in Management Efficiency Improvement & Certified Lecturer of LeapRight Consulting Co., Ltd. He led an engaging session on how to lead teams to achieve goals in a changing environment.
