2024 Customs Compliance on Changing and Unchanging
On 16th May, TRT held a training on 2024 Customs Compliance on Changing and Unchanging at SEE Office.
The training aims to help the customs officers of the enterprises to have a deep understanding of the dynamic changes and unchanged principles of customs compliance, so as to ensure that the companies maintain efficient and compliant operations in international trade. A total of 27 customs officers from member enterprises participated in this training.
Firstly, Ms. Wang Qinin, GM of Suzhou Dualsmart Information Technology Co., Ltd, shared the Net Consumption of Processing Trade, Process Loss Compliance, which aims to improve the employees’ understanding of the relevant regulations and compliant operation norms.
Afterward, Mr. Kuang Zhengbo, Chief of Taicang Customs Bureau Comprehensive Section, analyzed and guided Taicang enterprises on the frequently wrong parts by explaining the 2024 customs Standard Declaration Elements.
Ms. Chen Yali, Customs Manager of Suzhou Dualsmart Information Technology Co., Ltd, who elaborated on the standards and importance of import and export internal auditing, emphasized that enterprises should deal well in import and export activity audits.
Finally, Mr. Pang Jiahao, a lawyer from Jiangsu Zhuozheng Law Firm, analyzed the Customs Administration Penalty Discretionary Standards 1&3 from the legal point of view, which helped enterprises better understand and comply with the relevant regulations, and avoid being penalized for improper operation.
