TRT Operation研讨会
On December 12th, TRT held the 4th quarter Operation workshop at Zero Space in Nanyang Plaza.
We invited Mr. Huang Wenwei, a senior consultant from Stauffenberg, to share with you about Lean Logistics. Lean thinking originated from the Toyota Production System, which aims to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, optimize processes, and achieve finer, more flexible and efficient production and logistics management. Firstly, Mr. Huang showed some cases of "logistics waste" in the logistics and production activities of enterprises, participants learned to continuously reduce inventory and improve inventory turnover, and then shorten the delivery time, at the same time, Mr. Huang also showed us a practical Kanban game to simplify the relationship between production control.
