TRT December GM Meeting
On 14th December, TRT held a GM Meeting at the Maritim Hotel & Conference Centre Taicang.
For this meeting, we invited Mr. Xu Huadong, Mayor of the People's Government of Taicang City. At the meeting, Mr. Xu delivered an inspiring speech, emphasizing the development vision of the municipal government and the indispensable role of German companies in building a better city together.
Next, Mr. Michael Drechsel, Managing Director of DQS Group; Rotating President of IQNet, shared with the audience DQS Simple Leveraging Quality.
The European Association Suzhou (DUSA) organized the 2023 Annual Salary Survey with TRT. Purpose to investigate the salary package of SMEs located in Greater Suzhou and Yangtze Delta region in 2023. In this meeting, DUSA members: Mr. Adrien Courson, Project Manager of FIDUCIA Executive Search, and Mr. Alfred Gan, Managing Director of Acclime China, shared the results of the DUSA Salary Survey 2023 with us, an In-depth review of the wage developments in Great Suzhou and Yangtze Delta region in 2023, current developments and outlook on the job market and HR best practice sharing.
Last but not least, Mr. Leo Jia, General Manager of Inclusion Factory, shared with us the challenges they are currently facing: in addition to relocating to a new location, they are experiencing a serious decline in orders, Young and Senior PWDs and increasing Waiting list, they looking for sponsorship of new Inclusion Factory.
