Making German Jam
On
14th November, TRT planned a unique event to add a touch of German flavor to
the upcoming Thanksgiving. Mrs. Brigitte from Germany was invited to host the
event in her "new kitchen" in the TRT Café Garden, where she taught
everyone the unique art of making authentic German homemade jams. Unlike the
wide variety of berry jams available on the market, this event focused on two
special jams using banana and pumpkin, bringing a new flavor experience to the
table.
